MICHAEL TRAMPE I never really knew what I wanted to do at the age of 16. Then my mother told me to become a hairdresser. The moment I started hairdressing school, I was hooked. Within 6 months I developed a bad allergy to all products. But since I love this trade, I knew I didn’t want to stop. I taught myself to work with gloves al the time. I was inspired where fashion, makeup, photography, interieur design, architecture… always turned my head. All things I draw inspiration from, for looks I create in my work! It was my destiny to have my own business and though fate my opportunity came and I opened Shirley Valentine in 2006. I had always said to my parents one day I will name a salon as a tribute to what amazing parents you have been! And your name will be up in lights! My passion for knowledge didn’t go un recognized and over the years I have been asked to be an educator in many facets of the industry. I’ve been part of many exciting projects… And feel very fortunate for the opportunities, that have presented themselves. I believe there is a market for all things but I have a particular passion for the technology of science and nature meeting with the philosophy that cosmetics perform at a level of kindness that is in the best interest of the consumer… 9 Pagina 8
