THE DEVELOPMENT THE FUENTE IDEAL The FUENTE brand was developed in 1993 by the present CEO Paul Warmerdam. After a long career at L’Oreal / Kerastase, among others, he wanted to launch a totally new concept on the market based on three essential elements: Organic base Magnetic Fields Glamour The starting point was a complete product line with a level of quality that could at least be measured against the world’s top brands. The brand also had to be totally distinctive versus all other comparable brands. For the first few years after the launch of FUENTE until 2005, the emphasis was on the Dutch market. FUENTE first oriented itself around the international market from the end of 2005. This led to FUENTE being launched in Turkey in 2007. Germany followed in 2008, Italy and Switzerland in 2009 and Poland and Hungary in 2010. Pagina 3
