Zig zag technique - Use your index and middle finger. - Keep your fingers together and start in front of the right ear. - Work anti-clockwise. - Press on the forward stroke, but not on the backward one. - Pass the ear with your fingers spread. - Swap hands behind the ear without removing support. - Go round the head one-and-ahalf times. Smoothing in - Cup your hands behind the ear. - Place your thumbs low down in front of the ear and move these up along the contour of the forehead and smooth in to the nape of the neck. - Move the top of your fingers from the neck to the contour of the forehead. - This is also the starting position for the next technique. - Smooth in after every technique, except after the temple and neck massage. Open finger technique - Spread your fingers on the contour of the forehead with your thumbs resting on the head. - Inch your fingers back in spacious sideways movements in the direction of the crown. - Make a flowing motion with your fingers from the crown down behind the ears to the neck. - Cup your hands and work up to the crown using the same technique. - Turn the tops of your fingers towards each other and work down to the contours of the forehead in short sideways motions.
